XP를 SP3로 바꿨더니 테마가 먹지 않아서 찾은 파일.

압축풀고 replacer.cmd로 적용시킨다.

혹시 쉘의 버젼이 다르다면 http://www.withinwindows.com/uxtheme-patches/ 에서 uxtheme.dll을 찾아서 replacer.cmd로 적용시키면 된다.
